The Cynthia Kordecki Scholarship is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides financial assistance to individuals to promote the scientific investigation, preservation and publication of archaeological research in North Dakota. The Cynthia Kordecki Scholarship annually awards research scholarships. Awards may be up to $1,000 (USD).
Applications must be postmarked by April 19, 2025.
Awardees notified no later than April 26, 2025.

*The NDAA cannot fund archaeological fieldwork for which the applicant has not received prior permission from the landowner, or which does not involve a Principal Investigator who is eligible for a permit to do archaeological work in accordance with federal and state law
